Directions & Information
1. Bring water to a boil, preferably distilled or spring for less toxins but tap will do just fine if you don’t have either. Then, add 3 tablespoons of blend to water. Let steep for 3-5mins.
2. Ensure all underwear is removed and the steam temperature is not too hot for you, before beginning the steam.
3. Squat, Kneel or Sit above the basin and cover your lower body with a large garment, towel, or sheet or wear a Yoni steaming gown.
4. Steam for no less than 20 mins or no longer that 60mins.
If you would like consistent heat and temperature it is suggested to use a small crockpot or electric yoni steaming seat.
WARNING
Do not use this product if:
Extremely heavy menstrual cycles
During a menstrual cycle
If you have open wounds, sores or blisters
If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant
If you have genital piercings, take them out, the heat can cause the piercing to burn.
Before Use:
Ensure water temperature is hot enough to brew
Avoid vulva, labia and vaginal mucous membranes from burning.
Do not use or add essential oils, they are too strong and may burn sensitive genital tissue.
